Studio behind James Bond to be sold for $425M

The studio behind James Bond and Harry Potter films is preparing for a buyout.

United Kingdom-based Pinewood Group agreed to a $425 million buyout by asset management firm Aermont Capital.

Pinewood had been shopping around for a buyer since February as it looked to raise money to expand operations.
