Secondary ticketing marketplace StubHub Holdings has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to go public after postponing its initial public offering earlier this year.
The SEC filing indicates the company is seeking a $9 billion valuation through the public listing.
StubHub intends to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the STUB ticker symbol.
