When you’re looking for a full-time resort lifestyle, what should you consider? StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association General Manager, Bill Hasler describes what to look for if you’re considering living a full-time resort lifestyle in a residential community.
Geographic Location
It’s important to make sure the geographical location is right for you. “In our case, it’s Branson, Missouri or the Ozark Mountains.” Do you want to be close to the woods or water or near a larger city? These are all things to consider when choosing a full-time resort lifestyle.
Restrictions
“The second thing people look for in a community like ours are restrictions,” says Hasler. “We do have restrictions but they’re set up to keep the property beautiful, not to hinder the resident or owner in what they can do. Our number one priority is preserving the natural beauty of the Ozarks.”
Amenities
“The third thing people look for is amenities,” he says. Does the community have recreational facilities that are of interest to you? “People also want to know if there’s a social aspect. At StoneBridge, we have an activities director that focuses on owners and provides owners with options of things to do on a regular basis.”
