According to a StoneBridge Village news release, the project was a cooperative effort of the StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association and Missouri Partners Inc., which handled all contracting work.
StoneBridge Village is a 3,200-acre community located near Branson’s entertainment district and is home to LedgeStone Country Club.
The two-story, 27,000-square-foot clubhouse was remodeled with heavy emphasis on food-service upgrades and catering to meeting-space needs of business and social groups.
The clubhouse now features fine dining on the second floor at Nichols, owned by restaurateur Bob Nichols. The restaurant features golf-course views and a quick-lunch bar and grill – the 19th hole eatery.
There’s also a new pro shop, a centrally located business center and three Wi-Fi-friendly meeting rooms with seating for 15 to 60 people.
“We’re excited because the clubhouse now becomes a landmark attraction,” said Darrell Ransdell, CEO and general manager of the StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association, in the release.
“We can finally offer the upscale dining experience our residents and investors have been asking for. In addition, our goal is to become a preferred destination for high-end business meetings and social gatherings.” [[In-content Ad]]
