The first phase of the long-awaited Ballpark Village, adjacent to the St. Louis Cardinal's Busch Stadium, is one step closer to completion. Developers of the 100,000-square-foot, $100 million Phase I have signed the final three tenants.
According to the St. Louis Business Journal, sushi restaurant and lounge, Drunken Fish; dueling piano bar, Howl at the Moon; and St. Louis's famous custard stand, Ted Drewes, will join the lineup.
Baltimore-based developer Cordish Cos. – also responsible for Kansas City's Power & Light District – has already signed a 20,000-square-foot restaurant and beer garden, Budweiser Brew House; the 30,000-square-foot Cardinals-themed restaurant, Cardinals Nation; a Cardinals Hall of Fame museum with 320 rooftop seats; and a cowboy bar, PRB St. Louis, according to the article.
Phase I is slated to open April 2.
