Creve Coeur-based management and information technology consultant Daugherty Business Solutions has reached a deal to be acquired.
Quebec, Canada-based CGI is buying the St. Louis-area company. The deal is expected to close this month for undisclosed terms.
The 40-year-old Daugherty Business Solutions has 1,000 employees, with 600 in the St. Louis area.
