St. Louis-based restaurant chain Mission Taco Joint and Gruma Corp. have reached a settlement.
Texas-based Gruma in October sued Mission Taco, alleging the restaurant chain was infringing on trademarks for its Mission brand of tortillas and chips.
The case is expected to be dismissed within 60 days.
