Workers at a Starbucks store in the St. Louis suburb of Ladue have filed to unionize.
They would be represented by Starbucks Workers United, which backed successful campaigns at stores in Buffalo, New York, last year.
In a letter to Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, Ladue store workers complained of managers ignoring safety concerns amid the pandemic and cutting hours.
