St. Louis staffing firms Staffing Solutions Inc. and Keystone Partnership are slated to merge.
The combined firm will be dubbed Keystone Staffing & Talent Solutions LLC. Terms of the deal were undisclosed for the merger set to take effect Jan. 1.
Officials said the merger would create a $10 million staffing firm.
