The ownership group seeking to bring a Major League Soccer team to St. Louis is getting closer to making that goal a reality.
The group, called MLS4TheLou, released renderings showing the square soccer stadium would be 50 feet below street level with 22,000 seats in two tiers.
Days earlier, the owners of the MLS voted to expand the league by three teams to 30 and enter negotiations with the top two bids: St. Louis and Sacramento, California.
