The city of St. Louis' planning commission voted to rezone land for a three-story driving range.
St. Louis University, which owns the 14 acres for the proposed development, has petitioned the city for a 68,000-square-foot “outdoor recreation and golf entertainment center."
Though an operator was not disclosed in city documents, Topgolf has long eyed the property for a second location in St. Louis.
