The St. Louis region's largest hotel has a new executive chef.
Marriott St. Louis Grand hired 15-year industry veteran Lamont Paige for the role. He succeeds Steven Hall, who exited for another opportunity in the area.
"When someone says Marriott St. Louis Grand, I want them to immediately think the Grand is a step above everyone else," Paige said in a statement.
