Government officials in the St. Louis region expect municipalities to receive as much as $700 million in federal stimulus funds through the recently passed American Rescue Plan.
“This is going to be, I think, so transformative for our region,” St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson said.
The city is expected to receive $500 million of the total.
