St. Louis medical device maker Allied Healthcare Products Inc. (Nasdaq: AHPI) announced plans to sell "all or substantially all" of its assets.
The company recently was notified by Nasdaq that its stock would be delisted.
Last month, Allied officials said the company would lay off 160 employees.
