STL public company pens $550M acquisition

A St. Louis public company announced a $550 million acquisition.

ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE) agreed to acquire the Signature Management & Power business of Ultra Maritime.

Signature Management & Power is a provider of signature and power management solutions for submarines and surface ships for the U.S. and U.K. naval defense markets, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
