Clayton-based Olin Corp. (NYSE: OLN), which manufactures and distributes chemicals and ammunition, has inked an acquisition.
The company agreed to purchase the small-caliber ammunition manufacturing assets of Scottsdale, Arizona-based ammunition maker AMMO Inc. (Nasdaq: POWW) for $75 million.
The acquisition also includes a production facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
