STL orders establishments to close for COVID violations

The St. Louis Health Department ordered seven establishments to close temporarily for violating COVID-19 rules.

Dr. Fredrick Echols, the city's health director, said the establishments violated mask-wearing and social distancing rules.

The most severe closure orders were delivered to Midtown Bar & Grill and Start Bar and Wheelhouse. Both were shut down for a year.
