Lake St. Louis-based medical transport business MTM Inc. has inked an acquisition.
The company agreed to buy the nonemergency medical transportation broker business of Access2Care LLC from Lewisville, Texas-based Global Medical Response for undisclosed terms.
MTM, which reported 2023 revenue of $1.2 billion, has a goal of $2 billion by 2025.
