The city of St. Louis is considering whether to demolish a long-vacant parking garage at Tucker and Locust in the downtown area.
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority voted to hire CDG Engineers for a study of the 50-year-old structure.
Also on the table is a possible construction of a new structure.
