St. Louis-based marijuana company Blue Arrow Missouri has been sued by Maryland investment trust Viridescent Realty Trust Inc.
Viridescent alleges Blue Arrow owes it more than $22 million after defaulting on a loan.
Collateral on the loan includes a property each in St. Louis and Lake of the Ozarks.
