St. Louis information technology staffing firm Norton Staffing Inc. is being acquired.
Montreal-based Dempton Consulting Group is buying the company for undisclosed terms.
“This deal is part of our North American growth strategy and will allow us to reach our objectives sooner than expected," said Jean-Francois Sauve, Dempton’s founder and CEO.
