St. Louis information technology services provider Contegix sold a portion of its business to Los Angeles-based QuadraNet.
QuadraNet acquired Contegix’s commercial content management system for undisclosed terms.
“We believe our commercial CMS and private cloud clients will be served well by Quadranet,” Contegix CEO Brad Hokamp said.
