A 20-acre industrial storage site in north St. Louis has sold.
Rosemont, Illinois-based Transport Properties bought the property for $7.25 million.
The site has a roughly 20,000-square-foot building with nine bays. It's currently occupied by River-Roads Sales and Leasing.
