STL hotel to undergo $7.5M in renovations

Hilton St. Louis Downtown at the Arch is slated to undergo $7.5 million in renovations.

Hotel owner Rockbridge Capital plans to conduct $4.5 million in building improvements and buy and install $3 million worth of new furniture and other equipment.

The St. Louis Port Authority this month voted to issue industrial revenue bonds for the project. The vote sets up tax abatement incentives for the project.
