St. Louis homebuilder McBride Homes has purchased a former high school in the county.
McBride is demolishing the former John F. Kennedy Catholic High School in Manchester to make way for a new subdivision.
St. Louis County records show McBride purchased the 21-acre property for $7.7 million late last year from Fontbonne University.
