STL home to most expensive office space in MO

The St. Louis Business Journal reports office space along the city's Forsyth Avenue is the most expensive in Missouri and the 30th most expensive in the country.

The journal points to a study by Jones Lang LaSalle, which says the street - stretching from Forest Park to downtown Clayton - has an average full-service rental rate of $28.06 per square foot.

Other roads similar in office rate include those in Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh and Orlando.
