St. Louis-based HOK has acquired Detroit architecture firm Rossetti.
The company will go by HOK after being named HOK + Rossetti "during the integration," officials said.
Matt Rossetti, who runs the third-generation family business, will become director of HOK's sports, recreation and entertainment practice.
