The city of St. Louis filed a counterclaim against Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt's lawsuit against abortion access for residents.
The lawsuit centers on a fund created to help cover costs for people traveling over state lines to get abortions.
In its counterclaim, the city of St. Louis alleges Schmitt's office relied on an unconstitutional law in its suit.
