The St. Louis Public Schools Board of Education filed a court petition seeking to block a new charter high school from opening in the city.
The board alleges the charter school’s organizers did not give proper notice in the application process.
Believe STL Academy would be a replication in St. Louis of an Indianapolis charter school of the same name.
