A St. Louis diner has closed for good after surviving a fire three years ago.
Billie's Fine Foods, a 1960s-era diner, previously reopened after it was mostly destroyed in the July 2018 fire.
That was just months after friends Kelly Kaighin and Lauren Zych purchased the business, which today appears to be facing hiring issues.
