St. Louis digital consulting firm Perficient Inc. entered an acquisition deal.
Perficient has acquired Ameex Technologies Corp., which is located in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Illinois. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Ameex has roughly $19 million in annual revenue.
