St. Louis developer Quadrant Communities filed plans for a Kansas city apartment complex with a price tag of nearly $41 million.
The 228-unit Tiffany Square Apartments would be built within the larger Tiffany Square development area in Kansas City's Northland neighborhood.
The Port Authority of Kansas City intends to provide incentives for the apartment project.
