St. Louis developer Oliver Properties has purchased an apartment complex in the city's downtown area.
The company plans to invest roughly $5.5 million in the purchase and renovation of Bee Hat Lofts, 612 N. 11th St., at the intersection with Washington Avenue. Oliver Properties owns two nearby apartment complexes.
Oliver Properties has reportedly invested over $50 million along Washington Avenue between Tenth Street and Tucker Boulevard.
