Mark and Patricia McCloskey are facing felony charges for waving guns at protestors last month outside their St. Louis home.
Each is being charged with a single felony count of unlawful use of a weapon. According to the charging documents, protestors were placed in fear of injury after the McCloskeys pointed an AR-15 rifle and semiautomatic handgun at them.
In the incident that made worldwide news, the McCloskeys wielded their weapons as protestors made their way through the private residential street of Portland Place. The McCloskeys have said they feared for their lives.
