St. Louis County-based Electro Savings Credit Union is merging with CommunityAmerica Credit Union of Lenexa, Kansas.
CommunityAmerica is adding Electro’s $198 million in assets and 18,000 members to its slate of $5 billion in assets and 340,000 members.
The deal is expected to close in May.
