St. Louis County Council this week gave the green light to a $145 million bond package.
The funds are slated to be used to expand the America’s Center convention center and build a new recreation facility.
The vote came amid concerns over rising costs for the convention center and a lack of detailed plans for the recreation facility, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
