The city of St. Louis is contesting plans by the Los Angeles Rams to buy a practice facility it used when the team was located in St. Louis.
The football team is looking to execute a contract option to buy its former practice facility, called Rams Park, in Earth City for $1.
The Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority has sought to invalidate the clause in the football team's original deal in the 1990s. The Rams moved to Los Angeles in 2016.
