A St. Louis company is buying a Minnesota drainage control business.
Core & Main Inc. (NYSE: CNM), which distributes water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, agreed to buy substantially all of the assets of Granite Water Works Inc.
The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
