St. Louis-based American Metals Supply, a wholesale distributor of sheet and coil steel, prefabricated duct and other HVAC materials, has been sold.
St. Paul, Minnesota-based MacArthurCo. is the buyer. MacArthurCo is a wholesale distributor of building supplies.
The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
