Proper Brands, one of the St. Louis region’s largest marijuana companies, is expanding through an acquisition.
The company announced it would acquire Nirvana Investments, a Fenton-based cannabis holding company that operates four dispensaries under the N’Bliss name.
Proper Brands CEO John Pennington said the deal is the single-largest acquisition in Missouri's cannabis market.
