St. Louis brokerage Cutter & Co. has been acquired by Dallas, Texas-based Prospera Financial Services.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cutter & Co. has roughly $2 billion in client assets under management and also serves as an insurance agency and registered investment adviser.
