St. Louis craft brewery Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. announced it would file for bankruptcy.
The company intends to initiate Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. officials said an agreement with new investor Brian Travers will “enable the company to reorganize while continuing seamless operations.”
