St. Louis brewery Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. is facing two lawsuits for allegedly failing to pay loan balances.
In one suit, Lester Nydegger seeks a total payment of $330,680 over the brewery's alleged failure to make payments on a loan for years. The original loan amount was $50,000.
David Luetkemeyer and Pensco Trust Co. separately filed a suit alleging the brewery has failed to make payments on a $100,000 loan.
