A St. Louis brewery is eyeing a $4.2 million expansion, according to city documents.
Pending approval of a subsidy deal with the city, Heavy Riff Brewing Co. is planning to build a 20,000-square-foot structure to house "main brewing operations."
The plans include a 2,000-square-foot restaurant.
