A member of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen has resigned.
Sarah Wood Martin cited the passing of Proposition R on April 5. The measure strengthens conflict-of-interest regulations for the board.
Wood Martin is a registered lobbyist for Gateway Government Relations, a lobbying firm that "strongly believes in community service," according to its website.
