Sauget, Illinois-based meat producer Branding Iron Holdings has been purchased by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Kingswood Capital Management LP.
The acquisition of the St. Louis-area meat company was finalized for undisclosed terms.
Branding Iron also has facilities in the Minnesota cities of Rochester and Sauk Rapids.
