St. Louis-area health officials are urging residents to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccine status, as the delta variant of COVID-19 continues to spread.
St. Louis, St. Louis County and Jefferson County issued recommendations.
“For vaccinated individuals, the health departments advise residents to wear masks or other face coverings whenever they are indoors with other people whose vaccination status is unknown," public health officials said in a joint statement.
