The Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis and the Boys & Girls Club of Bethalto in Illinois plan to merge by year's end.
Combined, the organizations would serve more than 8,800 youth.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis had 2018 revenue of $9.8 million, while the Bethalto nonprofit had $558,000, according to IRS filings.
