A St. Louis-area apartment building that was completed last year has sold for $72 million.
Denver-based CS3 Investments bought the 251-unit McKenzie apartments in University City from developer and landlord Lux Living.
“Our mission is to elevate the resident experience, strengthen the community and ensure McKenzie remains the most desirable place to live in St. Louis," CS3 President Carlos Salguero said in a news release.
