City documents show $168.6 million in renovations planned at the Mansion House apartments in downtown St. Louis.
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority has a vote scheduled Tuesday that would designate Coral Mountain Owner LLC as redeveloper of the 29-story apartment tower.
Mansion House would continue to have 415 apartment units after the renovations are finalized.
